Currently, as Manager of Industrialization Engineering, I perform team and project management tasks, which I consolidated with the Executive MBA (eMBA) at EAE Business School, applying a strategic vision to decision-making and coordinating with different areas of the company. I am a mechanical engineer with more than 12 years of experience, combining technical knowledge in design (SolidWorks, Fusion 360), industrialization, additive manufacturing, and production processes with multidisciplinary project management, team building, procurement negotiation, and joint quality assurance. Previously, I was promoted to Head of Mechanical Engineering in the AC range, where I led strategic projects, ensuring the alignment of each technical solution with business objectives and the organization's overall vision. I stand out for my ability to manage teams and projects in complex technical environments, aligning execution with the organization's strategic vision, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
