About Roger Call

My entire career has been in healthcare architecture. I worked for HOK - St. Louis, The Architects Collaborative - Cambridge and CRS - Houston before joining a smaller firm in Missouri. From there, Herman Miller hired me for their healthcare team, where I've led marketing and the healthcare architecture and design initiatives. My primary focus is on the application of our "lean" continuous improvement initiatives in healthcare with lot's of R+D activities and public speaking engagements on healthcare trends and issues on behalf of the company. June 2019 saw me enter in the next phase of my career as an executive coach for people interested in leading a lean organization connected with healthcare facility design.I also have served as an adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University, teaching a graduate level course in health design focused on the US healthcare system, evidence based research and health facility design.• Registered Architect, Missouri, Texas and NCARB national certificate• American Institute of Architects, member• Academy of Architecture for Health, past president• Academy of Architecture for Health Foundation, board member• Coalition for Health Environments Research, The Center for Health Design, Research Committee member and formerly secretary/treasurer• American College of Healthcare Architects, founding member• United States Green Building Council, LEED Accredited Professional• Center for Health Design, Professional Affiliate and EDAC certified
