About Roger Carpenter

I believe I am a professional who is able to work within a fast pace environment to deliver the goals of the business. I have gained considerable knowledge and skills from my experience in many sporting environments. Volunteering opportunities has exposed me to various different environments and learn multiple skills. As a result, I have developed knowledge regarding how organisations allowed me to experience how different organisations manage their work and how their staff performs to ensure a business runs successful. I’m current working at RACQ as a Member Engagement Specialist. I worked as a Trainee Store Manager at Aldi Brandon Park and prior to this I was the Department Manager for Mulgrave McDonalds. In both positions I was responsible for managing staff members whilst working in a fast paced environment to ensure that the store met the organisations targets/ goals. I believe I have a sound knowledge base to understand how systems and quality assurance can ensure company expectations can be met and delivered. This is an asset that I think is extremely important in this environment.
