About Roger Cochran

For over 20 years, I have served the United States government in the field of law enforcement. Since 2002, I have been a Special Agent (Criminal Investigator) with the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and formerly the United States Customs Service. For over twenty years, I have successfully lead numerous criminal investigations into a wide variety of federal crimes with a focus on financial crimes, international narcotics smuggling and the illegal exportation stolen motor vehicles. For over ten years I also had the opportunity to serve as a primary undercover agent which allowed me to travel the country in an undercover capacity while furthering smuggling investigations. Prior to my time as a federal employee, I worked at the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network-FinCEN as a contract law enforcement analyst. In this role I was able to provide tactical and financial analysis to various federal, state, and law enforcement agencies. I also possess Bachelors and Masters degrees in the field of Criminal Justice and Criminology from the University of Baltimore in Baltimore, MD.
