Professional Experience: Project Management Operational: •Responsible for management of projects from mobilization to completion. •Ensure all operations are underatken in a safe manner in accordance with governing laws and company HSE policy. •Liaison with and supervision of Q.A. staff to ensure project quality objectives are attained. •Supervision and co-ordination of multiple sub-contractors. •Effect close liaisons with client representatives. •Review and update of project programme. •Initiate Fast Track Schedule on specific critical Path Activities including extra shifts, overtime, and increase of manpower and plant. Value Engineering: •Prepare and attain approval on Value Engineering concepts in various disciplines Contractual / Commercial: •Contract estimation including Scope of Works, Budgeting, Material & Subcontracts Inquiries, Material Takeoff, Global Quantities, Estimate Sheet Breakdown, MLP Breakdown, Uplift Sheet, Plant List, Manhours Breakdown and Basic Cost Contract Closure. •Close Liaison with Q.S./ Commercial Management. •Review and agree project measurement, cost assessments and monthly valuations. •Co-ordinate and assist Q.S. in producing claims and initiate negotiations with client. •Review variation schedules and assess entitlement. •Assist Q.S. in “end” forecst as required. Project Engineering System / Communications and Reporting: •Establishment and responsibilty for project communications with client and sub-contractors. •Development and review project planning and programming. •Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to client and senior management. •Co-ordinaton and preparation of Project close out reports. Quality: •Preparation, development and review of project quality plans. •Compliance with corporate Quality Management Systems. •Co-ordination of project audits and initiate post audit actions.
