I have helped buyers and sellers reach their goals in Real Estate for 43 years. I am well versed in FHA, VA, & Conventional loans. I have listed and sold single family homes, multi units, condo's, mobile homes, commercial properties. In the 1980's I started working with several financial institutions selling their REO properties. This included meeting the Sheriff's at the property for lock outs, re-key, setting up trash outs. getting bids for repairs and following up on repairs. to include pest control work, roof's, painting, flooring, plumbing and electrical work. I have completed a several hundred BPO's in the last 12 months. I have been working with Newark-Fremont Legal Center for 29 years handling family Real Estate events, Probate's Divorce property settlements, and distress property sales.
