About Roger Erh

I believe in understanding organisations holistically, from data to people, because meaningful change comes from seeing the bigger picture, recognising the systems at play, and working together toward shared goals. As an Assistant Director at the Singapore Department of Statistics, I leverage data analytics, AI, and machine learning to drive data-informed outcomes for the public sector. I was previously certified as an Azure Data Scientist Associate and am currently pursuing a Specialist Diploma in Applied Generative AI to deepen my expertise in this emerging field.I also hold a Licentiate in Christian Ministry from Trinity Theological College, where I explored theology, ethics, and anthropology. My faith journey strengthens my desire to apply data science with empathy and integrity, using knowledge to serve and uplift the public.Outside work, I enjoy foam blasting, computer gaming, hiking, reading, engaging in deep conversations, and connecting with people from different walks of life. God, Church, Family, and Friends ground who I am and why I do what I do.In Life, ChristIn Truth, RedemptionIn Love, ForgivenessIn Death, Sacrifice
