Hello, my name is Roger Self-motivated, self-driven. I take pride when it comes to my capabilities in being efficient and detailed. Corozal/ Belize Native, with a passion for Technology and developing my communication and Customer Success Skills. As a Customer Success Specialist with half a decade of experience, I work to own the entire customer experience from successful onboarding and product adoption through to renewal, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction throughout their lifecycle. I am personable, friendly, professional, and empathetic, genuinely caring about customers and their success using multiple platforms available. I love technology and I identify how people can use certain products and services to achieve their goals. I am able to interact and build relationships with all levels of the organization. As for my future, I hope to one day work in a Technical Support Specialist role and work with a diverse team that understands the value of a healthy work/life balance. I love interacting with nature, volunteering in my community, and volleyball. I am also a bit of a thinker and jack of all trades.
