About Roger Griffith

With over fourteen years of experience in the parts department of various transportation companies, as well as over seven years working individually with disability claimants for the federal/state government and legal teams, I have developed strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills that enable me to deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction. I enjoy working with different types of people, from technicians and sales representatives to vendors and clients, and finding solutions that meet their needs and expectations.My mission is to ensure that my customers receive the best service, quality and value possible. I am passionate about learning new things. I am always trying to improve and to develop professionally. I never turn away opportunities to learn and grow professionally, to be the best version of myself to my clients or customers. My educational background has been a valuable asset in every professional position I have ever been employed to do. Learning never stops for me and I feel everyone should always try to stretch themselves to meet or exceed their potential in their profession. My undergrad and grad school experiences definitely have served me well in regards to working directly with the public. Although I am not an extroverted personality type, I am quite social and have extensive knowledge about human behavior including human motivation and perception. Lastly, the greatest lesson that I consider most important in any profession that depends on establishing, maintaining, and growing customer loyalty and future business is working my tail off to never stop learning, developing, and treat every interaction with fervor and relentless determination to make sure I demonstrate and communicate every single interaction that each are the most important client or customer to me in this moment. I communicate gratitude and extreme effort in hearing what their needs are and maximizing my product and resources available to make sure they know that I value the opportunity to serve them with mindfulness and energy to ensure accuracy and keen awareness for their valuable time they should not have to have wasted because I failed to give my best effort to make sure every part of their experience with me and my company that I represent, was exceptionally satisfying for them (within the ability to control what we can, of course).
