I am an experienced hardware verification professional currently working as a Director of Verification in the semiconductor industry. Since joining the industry, I have gained many years of experience in hardware design, IC verification, and System-on-Chip (SoC) verification, focusing on efficient and innovative design and verification methodologies to ensure functionality, reliability, and high quality of products. I started my career as an IC Design Engineer and Hardware Verification Engineer at several leading global semiconductor companies such as Infineon Technologies and Skyworks Solutions, where I participated in and led the design and verification of several complex hardware systems. My experience covers digital/analog circuit design, timing analysis, power optimization, and RF verification in technologies such as SystemVerilog, UVM, HDL, Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics. In my role as Hardware Verification Manager and Director of Verification at NXP Semiconductors, I led several cross-functional verification teams and successfully drove verification process optimization, team member development and performance improvement. I am passionate about improving efficiencies through innovative verification techniques and automated test scripts to ensure smooth product execution from design to production. My core strengths include: Deep background in hardware verification and IC design, specializing in the design of complex hardware systems (e.g. SoCs and FPGAs). In-depth knowledge of verification methodologies and test frameworks (e.g. UVM, SystemVerilog).
