About Roger Haecker

You read programming books for fun!” This was a major point when deciding what major to pursue at Blackhawk Tech. I read a bit of one of the programming books on my nightstand before going to sleep and dreaming of code. I have multiple bookshelves filled with programming books on multiple languages and versions. I watch tutorials on YouTube and Udemy in my spare time. I love programming. Alongside my passion for programming, I bring significant soft skills with me. I communicate well and am very friendly. I have managed teams in previous positions and work well both as part of a team, leading a team, or individually. I love a challenge and love to learn new things. I have excellent time management and organizational skills. I am a life-long learner and continue to invest in myself. A project I contributed on: Blackhawk Music Festival Within a team of 16 contributed to the development of a website from Scratch with database capabilities utilizing SQL design and implementation. Lead a team of 4 programmers on the Frontend Engineer Design team. When I’m not reading programming books or watching tutorials, I’m watching reruns of NCIS, driving for Uber, listening to SciFi/Fantasy books on Audible, and going up north with my wife.
