Hi LinkedIn! My name is Roger Jayne. I was born/raised in NEPA(North Eastern Pennsylvania). I graduated from Lake-Lehman High School in 2009. Upon graduation, I attended Lycoming College; where I was a 3-year starter (3x All-Conference) at defensive tackle from 09'-13'. As I entered my professional career, I found my talent(s) lying in relationship building. I am a people-person by nature and love to meet new and interesting people (LET'S CONNECT!)! I started out in automotive sales industry as my first job for just under 1 year. It was awesome! I got to sell Infiniti brand and various other used vehicles. Ultimately, lot sales didn't feel right for me. I made a horizontal move to the service department as an assistant manager. I did this for over 1 year until I decided to take a gamble on myself! I attempted to relocate to the West Coast from PA. Long-story short, I moved back after a few months. The experience gained was invaluable. I learned so much about myself, my goals and what I wanted for my life.personally and professionally. Upon my return home, I landed a sales job with CMS East through my personal network. I was able to fine-tune my emotional intelligence skills, selling a unique product/service on a 'pre-need' basis, at a young age. As great of an experience this was, I was seeking more professionally. I started with Aerotek in Nov 2016 as a recruiter trainee/on-site recruiter! I worked my way through training as quickly as possible, hit my first milestone faster than anyone in the local office had (at that time) and just knew this was right for me. As I developed as a recruiter, I grew with my company - receiving various accomplishments, accolades, shout outs and promotions (Account Recruiting Manager). Alas, my time with Aerotek came to an end due to relocation. After a short stop in corporate recruiting, I was referred to Wilson. Where I've supported the multiple clients in talent acquisition and human capital management functions.
