About Roger Mack

Roger Mack is a certified Master Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has dedicated over 20 years to his passion for fitness and exercise. His journey began with remarkable athletic accomplishments, including qualifying for the 2003-04 USA Track & Field Indoor Championships in the 60m hurdles and the 2004 Olympic Games Trials in the 110m high hurdles. He has also competed as a Masters USA Track & Field athlete. Throughout his career, Roger has trained a diverse group of clients, from youth athletes and professionals in competitive sports to working adults. His expertise covers Pre-/Post-Natal Training, Functional Training, Sports-Specific Training, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Weight Loss, and Corrective Exercise, along with a focus on individualized personal training. Roger’s athletic legacy was recently honored with his induction into the Summerville High School Hall of Fame. During his time with the Green Wave, he set the 1997 school record in the 100m hurdles and achieved all-time ranking status in the 400m hurdles. He became a five-time region champion in the 110m hurdles, a two-time region champion in the 400m hurdles, and a two-time state champion in the 110m hurdles, contributing to five region championships for the team. Coach Wilson noted, “He was a champion on the track, but more importantly is a champion in life.” Roger continues to inspire as a coach and leader in fitness, bringing his athletic discipline and champion mindset to each training session.
