Roger Maese is an entrepreneur, advisor, and angel investor with deep expertise in real estate investments and development. With a background in wealth management and equity sourcing, Roger brings a strategic and results-driven approach to every venture he undertakes. He currently serves as Senior Land Acquisitions for Winchester Carlisle, where he is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating land acquisitions across key Texas markets including Dallas-Fort Worth, Central Texas, and Houston on behalf of Dunhill Homes. Roger is also the Owner of RRM Companies and Co-Founder of ERA Capital Partners, where he leads investment selection, capital formation, and go-to-market strategy across a diverse portfolio of residential real estate and energy sector assets. In addition, he acts as a business consultant for several companies, advising on acquisition and disposition strategies. His career spans a broad range of leadership roles in equity sourcing, sales strategy, branding, development, and marketing. Roger began in the financial services industry, quickly rising to become a Top Advisor and later a Regional Vice President before transitioning into real estate. His work in the real estate sector has included sales, development, and community design across multiple residential projects. Today, Roger focuses on business development and strategic investment initiatives in real estate, land development, and private equity. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Finance and resides in Dallas, Texas, where he is actively involved in community and non-profit organizations.
