I have worked my way through the industry, mainly on the sales side of the business from when I joined as a trainee sales executive, through to senior management, in two positions as a General Sales Manager of a volume brand and then a General Sales Manager of a prestige brand centre. Until being promoted to position as Head Of Business for a VAG brand centre, and more recently a General Manager for a local Volvo centre. I have been successful throughout my career demonstrating ability, skill, determination and loyalty to the business and brands that I work for. More recently since being in senior Management I have shown determination to drive both myself and my teams. Proven by the improvements shown in staff development, customer satisfaction, business processes, volume and profitability. I pride myself on drive and determination whilst maintaining high customer standards. I believe that working with the right people and using great processes will keep any team motivated then the culture it creates is paramount to happy customers and a successful business. Throughout my career I have gained both a wealth of experience as well as industry recognised qualifications for Vauxhall as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager and General Manager at Gold level achievement. I also gained my General Sales Manager accreditation for Audi during my time with the brand. I was also asked and accepted to represent my region in the Used Vehicle BDG for Skoda UK after the improvements shown at my centre in presentation, volume and profitability in such a short space of time. I pride myself on success and thrive on a challenge. The best way to reach a goal is ensuring we all know what the goal is and making sure every team member wants to come on the journey.
