I believe the best way to get results is to work hard, be yourself and dare to have fun while working. If we all do that, with a collaborative attitude at work, then we will succeed with the challenges in front of us. There is nothing more motivating for me than a good challenge, particularly the challenge no one else can solve. I will throw myself into it until I have it resolved. My experience ranges from counting spare parts before entering them into Tetra Pak’s main warehouse, to being a Team Manager for 30 employees, including some who didn’t speak English or Swedish. I had to learn Spanish to be able to communicate with them. It includes handling all spare part orders for the Nordic markets, analysing all global transport costs, to “promoting” why Tetra Pak should invest in a new Field Service Management solution. All my knowledge working in a big global company led me to being able to help customers implement new ERP Solutions that will enable them to improve their business. You will get the best from me if I am in a solution-oriented, international environment where the pace is fast yet we still treat each other with respect. I build trust by working hard, showing interest and concern for the people I work with. My chokladbollar has also been appreciated over the years (or maybe just the fact I brought fika to work):) Whatever I have done in my career I have always had the need to understand why we do it. This obsession has made me an appreciated colleague, due to the fact I take the “as-is” way of working, and find a better or more efficient way of working. I believe all IT systems, processes and inter-department work can be improved if we take the time to do so.
