About Roger Possatto

As a highly skilled Art Director and creative professional, I launched my career in 2005 at Isobar Brazil (formerly Agencia Click), where I began as an Art Assistant on the renowned Coca-Cola account. Following a successful stint on the shortlist at Cannes Lions, I quickly rose to the position of Art Director, spearheading website and digital identity creation for top-tier brands like Brastemp, Fiat, and Bradesco, in addition to Coca-Cola and others. In a quest to broaden my horizons, I honed my skills as a comprehensive creative specialist at Garage, working with notable professionals on projects for respected clients such as Toyota, AmBev Skol, LG, and Lexus. In 2008, I joined McCann-Erickson, where I worked on major global brands including Intel, Nestlè, and Chevrolet Brazil/Latam, gaining extensive experience in a large agency environment. My expertise caught the eye of Almap BBDO, one of the world's top agencies, and I was invited to join in 2011. This opportunity allowed me to work alongside industry legends like Marcello Serpa and expand my skills beyond digital to print advertising and film. In 2015, I relocated to Dubai, where I continued to build my reputation as a top Art Director with leading agencies like Leo Burnett and impact BBDO, both agency of the year at the esteemed Dubai Lynx Festival. In 2018, I took a brief career break to explore personal pursuits, but my passion for the creative industry brought me back in 2020. Since then, I have enriched my creative expertise at B/Ferraz and, most recently, DDB Brazil. As a freelancer, I am ready to work on projects worldwide with agencies and clients.
