About Roger Sanchez

I am currently employed with a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with developmental disabilities. Over the last 10 years I have performed the duties of Job Coach, Department of Labor Specialist, and Team Facilitator. As a job coach, I train individuals with documented disabilities the skills necessary to be successful in the workforce. As the Department of Labor Specialist, I ensure that our workers with disabilities are paid fairly. I also ensure that our State and Federal licensing requirements are completed in a timely fashion. As a Team Facilitator, I participate in collaborative decision making and assist job coaches with the problem solving necessary for their program participants to be successful. My experience also includes training new employees (job coaches) at new job sites, covering job sites due to employee absence (vacations, illness, emergency), facilitating training for new employees, writing annual goal plans for program participants, and writing daily progress reports (case notes) for program participants. I regularly use Case Magic online case management system, Microsoft excel and Microsoft Word, OneDrive, and Dropbox.
