About Roger Timmons

I am a Manufacturing Manager possessing 38 years of aerospace machining experience, 15 years of hands-on Lean Manufacturing experience within my own company and many others around the world. As a charter member and former leader of the "Lean Activities Group"(a Boeing initiated collection of well-trained and very experienced Lean Practitioners from around the world) I have enhanced the profitability of host organizations (GKN, ASCO, Spirit, Cadence, Boeing and Aerospace Dynamics International Inc.) by millions of dollars. Currently serving as the Director of Lean Manufacturing for the recently P.C.C. acquired Aerospace Dynamics International of Valencia, CA I have also performed in the capacity of Acting Hiring Manager, Management Representative and Training Manager simultaneously over the years. My unique combination of experience with manufacturing, quality management systems, statistical process control, lean manufacturing, the delivery of training and the retention of records of training, tooling optimization, public speaking and flow-line design and development make me a unique commodity in the aerospace industry.
