My passion at work is the same as my passion in life:"to help people see life differently so they can find purpose and joy." I do this through loud listening, reverential curiosity, elevating questions, and if needed empathetic tears. There are always two visions: the corporate one and the personal one. I am for both and it is my personal joy to advance both the company and the person. I have led teams and organizations for the last 25+ years helping them dream and achieve more than they thought possible. In addition to casting vision, I am exemplary at putting in place strategies and operational plans to achieve desired objectives and goals. Working with non-profits and government agencies I am eager to put my experience and talent to use to grow and expand the impact of an organization. I started CityServe of the Tri-valley to mobilize the faith community to serve local non-profits and government social services. This non-profit grew from an idea to a $3M foundation and now impacts thousands of individuals a year.
