As an Assistant Site Director during the school year and a Quality Control Technician at Anchorage Sand & Gravel during the summer, I bring a strong commitment to creating positive, high-performing environments whether in youth development or in the field. I’m passionate about building spaces where children can grow, learn, and thrive. My approach to youth programming is hands-on and intentional, ensuring every activity aligns with both organizational goals and individual student needs. In this role, I oversee daily operations, support staff, and manage logistics to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. During the summer, I apply my attention to detail and analytical mindset in a technical setting, ensuring quality standards are met in construction materials. This seasonal work has strengthened my skills in data collection, process evaluation, and teamwork in fast-paced environments. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Bemidji State University, which has grounded me in the science of human movement, behavior, and health. I’m committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, consistently seeking feedback, setting meaningful goals, and engaging in diverse projects and community initiatives. I'm driven to make a positive impact in every role I step into—on the job, in the community, and in the lives of those I serve.
