About Roger Wilde

Roger Wilde is president of Anacapa Accountancy Corporation and it’s division Anacapa Valuations that provides business valuations and consulting for clients, attorneys, and certified public accountants. Roger is accredited in business valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (since 1998) and is a certified public accountant licensed by the State of California (since 1985). He is also certified in financial forensics (CFF) since 2008. He has prepared business valuations for a variety of purposes including estate and gift valuations, buy-sell transactions, stock options, and property settlements in divorce matters. Roger has testified as an expert in the United States Tax Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court (Wyoming), and the Superior Court in the Counties of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo, California. He has appeared in appeal meetings before the Internal Revenue Service. Roger has valued numerous privately held operating businesses and real estate holding companies. Roger has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) since 1985. He is a member of the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA), its Business Valuation Section. In 1996, Roger completed the AICPA Certificate of Education Achievement in Business Valuation. Roger completed the Pepperdine University Certificate in Private Capital Markets in May 2014. In addition, Roger attends AICPA and CalCPA valuation and family law conferences and continuing education seminars annually.
