Rogerio Prata has extensive experience in product development and deployment, spanning from early-stage innovation to late-stage product development and deployment. Rogerio has held senior management positions in Technical Services and R&D at Novozymes North America and Latin America As a Senior Manager at Novozymes, Rogerio dedicated his efforts to developing people and organizations. Under his leadership, the technical services and late-stage application research teams successfully launched several groundbreaking enzymes and yeast products. These innovations distinguished Novozymes from competitors. Before joining Novozymes, Rogerio worked as a scientist at Novartis and Syngenta Agricultural Biotechnology. Throughout his career, he has led business evaluation and knowledge management activities. Rogerio holds an M.S. in Plant Physiology from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he studied carbohydrate metabolism.
