About Rogetta Odhams

With over 18 years of sound real estate experience, my goal has always been to conduct my Real Estate business honestly and ethically. To promote the highest level of integrity and enhance the public image of real estate professionals. This I believe can be accomplished through continued education and fully developing and challenging my talents, while adhering to the basic principle of "doing the right thing."Through successful pursuit of this commitment, I expect to maintain recognition as a top producer and respected as a leader in the Real Estate industry. As a result of these efforts, my business, clients, customers, colleagues, and the community in which we all live shall prosper. My superiors, colleagues, and friends have described me as someone who has a true heart for people and one who values her colleagues.Experience has also taught me that success is more likely a result of a team effort rather than individual accomplishment, developing me to be more strategic and collaborative. This philosophy enabled me to create and lead high-performance; cross-functional teams in maximizing the penetration of traditional distribution channels while developing new and nontraditional ones.I am someone who knows how to set and achieve goals, have a proven track of records of being, able to conceive, develop and execute strategies. I feel certain that my strong skills coupled with my ability to perform above expectations will be of immediate value to any organization I find myself.I am a lover of Godly ideals, and I am passionate about sharing good information, knowledge, principles, and strategies to aspiring entrepreneurs, sales professionals, career millennials, and scholars.
