About Rogier Jongeneel

I am always looking for improvements in whatever field I am working in at that moment. My study of Applied Physics learned me to understand how technology works and how technology can be used to facilitate needs or solve problems I come across during my professional and personal life. Technology is a means to an end and not a goal by itself. Before my current position I worked within a wide variety of disciplines like aerospace, energetic material research and radiotherapy. Characteristics- I am always looking for improvements- I easily interact with all layers of an organization- I do not fear decision making- My goal is to make other excel in their strengths. As Vice President of Operations & Support of Noldus Information Technology I am responsible for the global Operations & Support operation. Besides this I am also involved in international implementations and customization of Microsoft Navision ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM in our global ICT architecture. Specialties: global ERP/CRM infrastructures, motivating and connecting people, project management, getting things done.
