About Rogier Lanting

In education I truly found my spot. I get real satisfaction in teaching and coaching (international) students from year one all the way through their graduation. The best reward for me is to see that they have grown to capable and enthusiastic professionals ready to take on the world! I use my natural skills as a teacher which were further developed and trained over the past six years next to my experience from my previous career in Market Research, Media and communication. Within Inholland I familiarized myself also with educational development, digital marketing, problem solving coaching and the Programme Advisory Committee. I take my teaching and students seriously but can also relax and enjoy the process of learning. I seek to not just lecture but also use coaching techniques to enable and empower the student to reach their level of excellence. Peers call me level headed, solid but also focussed, decisive and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
