My approach combines SOP-driven governance, cross-functional collaboration, and data-backed decision-making to unlock scalable, efficient, and transparent business models.I have a track record of increasing revenue, reducing operational friction, and building dashboards that convert data into direction. My role often extends beyond strategy into people and culture building processes that empower teams, drive accountability, and prepare businesses for the next level of growth.I believe strategy is not a document but a daily behaviour and I thrive in environments where clarity, discipline, and innovation converge.
