My passion lies in driving operational excellence across diverse industrial landscapes. Excelled in guiding client stakeholders for on-site continuous improvement initiatives by developing business cases, securing project buy-ins, executing project plans. My commitment to nurturing robust client relationships has been instrumental in generating leads, winning projects, and promote business growth. Proficiently collaborated with engineering, production, O&M teams of 15+ manufacturing OEMs and SMEs to identify process improvement opportunities, solve production bottlenecks, facilitate Lean implementation, and best practices. I lead technical consultation for improving reliability programs through implementation of predictive maintenance programs, equipment monitoring services, IOT solutions of rotating assets on production shop floors. Adept at steering full lifecycle project management, meticulously overseeing scope, budget, timeline, risk mitigation, and change management. My effective communication with stakeholders has been pivotal in the successful delivery of over 50 projects within Ontario’s dynamic automotive, aerospace, and chemical industries. In my current role at Thermo Fisher Scientific, I am responsible for developing RCM focussed asset management strategies and support Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing and Facilities in a cross-functional role at Pharma Services Division.
