Manager -Field (Market) Quality Key Roles and Responsibilities: • Concern Resolution: o Reducing customer concerns through a team approach. o Reducing warranty costs and resolving problems by reproducing them experimentally under real-world usage patterns. o Identifying, analyzing, and resolving internal critical quality concerns. o Conducting technical analysis of all Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), warranty complaints, and complex design issues received from dealers and warranty parts. • Dealership and Supplier Collaboration: o Collaborating with dealerships and suppliers for joint inspections (JI) to understand problems and provide immediate solutions to end users. • Data Management: o Managing data for new projects and reviewing it with top management. • Change Management, Design Solutions, Product Lifecycle: o Responsible for product and process change management. o Providing design solutions for vehicle and engine field concerns. o Releasing designs in Team Centre after design activities (DCR, PPRF, FTR, and Pre-EN). o Overseeing full product lifecycle activities, including concept design, design analysis and quality management for design release. • Project Management: o Managing the ScorpioN & Bolero Neo project to reduce repairs per thousand and warranty concerns.
