About Rohan Bhatti

As a recent University graduate with a degree in Industrial Design, I bring a strong foundation in Product Design, coupled with hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing. My passion for design drives me to create innovative and user-centred solutions, while my proactive approach ensures I am constantly refining and expanding my skills. I am currently a CAD Technical Operator at Dunster House, I specialise in developing innovative design concepts and transforming them into precise 3D models with Autodesk Inventor. My job entails prototyping these concepts within our in-house manufacturing facility to enhance and assure their practicality. I am responsible for developing detailed technical drawings for new and current components, assuring correctness and consistency with the overall product design. I create comprehensive assembly instruction booklets that provide clear and user-friendly information to end customers. My role combines creative problem-solving, technical understanding, and hands-on prototyping to help design high-quality, long-lasting garden buildings and cabins.I am deeply fuelled by my unwavering passion for innovation and design focused products. Throughout my design journey, I have honed in on skills in sketching, Cad modelling (using SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, KeyShot and Illustrator), and 3D printing enabling me to create unique concepts and turn ideas into reality. This has allowed me to learn about a variety of manufacturing methods such as prototyping, injection moulding, sheet metal and vac forming, as well as completing the final product.
