There was never a night or a problem that could defeat sunrise or hope. And hence, here I stand at the dusk of my youth, waiting for tomorrow’s quest, ready to face life as it comes. I completed my schooling from St.Xavier's Collegiate School, Kolkata and my Graduation from St.Xavier's College, Kolkata, pursuing B.Com Honours, specialising in Marketing. My last stint was as a Political Strategy Consultant to the biggest Democratic Party in the world. In the duration of the last project that I was a part of, my team and I helped our client to win 25 times more seats in the State Legislative Election of West Bengal in comparison to the last election that had taken place in 2016. During this time, I was responsible for the end to end ideation, strategization and execution of the party’s campaign in the State. During my time at Uber SA prior to that, I led Uber’s Marketing Solutions vertical in AP & Telangana. I was responsible for monetizing the 50K+ cabs on the platform in that region. The Emotional Quotient of this role was unparalled to anything I have ever been a part of in my life because the revenue generated from the program went directly to the driver partners. So having been part of an initiative in its absolute nascent stage which had the potential to impact a 5 lakh+ community truly makes me feel blessed. Unfortunately, my entire team was affected by the country level lay off which took place due to the corona virus pandemic. Prior to that, I was in charge of growing Dunzo’s B2B vertical in Hyderabad. In a span of 4 months, I managed to grow this business by 200% in terms of number of orders and maximized their revenue output by ensuring that the average trip distance was over the break-even threshold. I was also a part of UberEats as a member of the core launch team in Kolkata wherein I was taking care of merchant acquisition and key account management. You might consider me to be the calm one in the group but I am also the one who runs towards fire. I am not saying that I am perfect. No one is.
