Complete Knowledge about documents of CEAT Nagpur plant. Knowledge about measuring instruments and measuring methods.(Measuring tape, Vernier Caliper) Knowledge about Daily Work Management. Knowledge about 7 QC Tools. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Assurance of 100% adherence to Control plan, PFD, Work Instructions, PFMEA, SOP, IPS, and MSS. Monitoring on machinery operation to complete the production in given time schedule and giving full attention to avoid any rework and rejection of production. Perfrom daily preventive maintenance according to the checklist provided to maintain machine effciency. Hourly dishplay and monitoring of the machine output to ensure the OEE. Monitoring Scrap and Rework (like fabric and rubber compound). Rejection reviews on the daily basis and prevent the causes at the source. Effective implementation of preventive maintenance and PM.
