With over four years of experience in engineering and project management, I am a passionate and skilled Innovation Project Manager at Knight Aerospace, where I lead multiple high-complexity projects that drive organizational success and innovation. I have a strong background in design for manufacturing, root cause analysis, and CSWA, and I hold a CAPM® certification from the Project Management Institute. I am motivated by the mission of Knight Aerospace to create cutting-edge solutions for the aerospace industry, and I value collaboration, creativity, and customer satisfaction. In my previous role as a Product Development Engineer at 3M, I directed end-to-end project activities in accordance with ISO 13485, led cross-functional teams, participated in and coordinated multiple project and milestone reviews, and conducted and led end user research activities. I also championed comprehensive risk analysis and management activities, and innovatively devised and implemented robust test methods.
