My career has focused on delivering identity governance and access management solutions that strengthen enterprise security, ensure compliance, and streamline operational workflows.I have hands‑on expertise in application onboarding, role management, provisioning/de‑provisioning, lifecycle events, and audit support. My responsibilities have included generating access certification reports, validating control evidence, and aligning IAM processes with compliance standards. I am skilled in configuring connectors (Flatfile, JDBC, Active Directory), developing custom rules, managing RBAC roles, and supporting both internal and external audits.Over the years, I have contributed to IAM projects across multiple organizations, including Ojas Innovative Technologies, Persistent Systems, and Accenture Solutions, where I currently serving as a Security Delivery Senior Analyst in Accenture.
