About Rohan Krishna

A maximizer to the core (refer strengthsquest). Team management skills with extreme focus on positive assets are in my opinion, my strengths. I am an individualist and an idealist, and to this extent, I can see how people work and how they can fit together in a team, while at the same time, causing just enough friction in the gel to cause competition for promotion of ideas in servitude to the present goal. A futurist, I work to realise my goals not only short term, but five maybe ten years from now. This also means that I'm constantly working and with a strategic influence on most of my decisions, I am adaptable and prepared for most situations. I constantly work toward my goal (as long as it is something that captures my attention) and will not rest until the job is done. Efficiency is one key goal that I hope to continually achieve for I feel that achieving simply a goal is not enough, for elegance in anything is key.
