As Managing Director I lead the Lawson Delaney commerce team and more generally, have been working in recruitment for over two decades, gaining experience in Melbourne and London in search, mid-market, volume recruitment and internal talent acquisition. With exposure to a broad range of sectors, disciplines, and geographies, I have a strong specialisation in Executive Recruitment particularly in Accounting and Finance, working with organisations of all sizes to connect them with high-performing professionals. I have significant experience in running confidential mandates and handling assignments requiring extensive search and market mapping.
