Background

About Rohan Panchal

I am a qualified architect and interior designer with a strong foundation in both creative design and sales, currently working at the intersection of aesthetics, functionality, and commercial strategy. With hands-on experience in the design and delivery of high-end residential and commercial projects across London, Birmingham, Nigeria, and India, I bring a global perspective and a refined design sensibility to every assignment. My dual background in architecture and sales enables me to bridge the gap between concept and execution—balancing design integrity with practical considerations such as budget, timelines, and client expectations. I have a proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the design and procurement process. Passionate about detail-driven design, I specialize in creating environments that are not only visually striking but also aligned with functional needs and brand or lifestyle goals. My work is guided by a deep commitment to quality, innovation, and precision.
