I have successfully completed strategic and operation 20+projects such as ERP/CRM, ICT, Data wareouse, PowerBI, System integration, New system implementation, Blueprint of Maturity Model for DevSecOps -SDLC, Finance budgeting/AOP and in my career journey I won 61 recognition and awards for identify opportunity proficiency, innovative practices, creative thinking, presentation skills in the organisation with values like airtel, nbn™, Symbio Global. I am certified Business Analysis from RMIT University. As a Senior Business Analyst/ Product Owner at Symbio Global, I worked on Project ERP/CRM and I am playing a pivotal role with Data warehouse, Power BI team, Data governance and In-house ITSM by organizing requirement gathering session, workshops, sprint planning, retro sessions, and daily stand-ups/ agile ceremonies ( Agile methodologies ) for various projects. Reaching out to cross function team such as Finance, Security, Operation, Product team. I reached out to external stakeholder for Project ERP/CRM and conducted requirement gathering across the departments. I have prepared process flows and enterprise architectures for the organisation with proposed automation across the department's systems. I have prepared UAT test case for national projects and I reach out to QA team -quality assurance team as and when required and guide and support them for defect investigation. I am also responsible to create the quality documentations for my department to share the Project progress in the form of preparation of report/PPT. This is reviewed by my department GM and CEO and help them for future decision making. I have played key role in DevSecOps -DSO team to build nbn Specific Capability Maturity Model framework to improve overall software development life cycle for nbn™ Australia. Prior to that I worked as a Service Assurance Specialist at nbn™ Australia, where I proposed and implemented new software systems and IVR processes, diagnosed and prioritized incidents raised for the nbn network, and worked with various groups to ensure high-quality service level agreements.As an international experience I worked in Bharti Airtel Ltd, Airtel is the second largest mobile network operator in the world. Airtel was named India's 2nd most valuable brand as well. I was Process control manager, Program Manager and Business Analyst. I had ensured the identified gaps are closed and implemented preventative action plan. Secured ISO 27001:2013 certificate for airtel. I achieved 2 Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt projects and 2 National Best practice specialises in analysis.
