I am an IT professional with a strong background in cloud technologies Technical Support and system administration. 🚀 Currently working as a Technical Support Associate at Infiflex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. I specialize in providing seamless support for Microsoft 365 Google Workspace and cloud applications 🌥️ helping businesses optimize their IT operations and enhance user experience and Migration. Previously I honed my skills as an IT Desktop Support Associate at Cognizant where I managed desktop applications provided remote troubleshooting and collaborated in high-pressure environments to resolve issues efficiently 🔧. This experience has strengthened my expertise in Office 365 Active Directory Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Teams. With a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) from Brainware University 🎓 and certifications in Windows Server & Azure Administration I have a solid foundation in cloud computing and system management. I also hold a BBA from Techno India University where I was honored with the Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme for academic excellence. My academic journey is complemented by being the subject topper in Home Science in Class XII and participating in the Inter-School Football Competition ⚽ where I demonstrated teamwork leadership and resilience.
