The project scope of work includes Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, Hook-up and System Completion for the Entire scope of Facilities of the Project - Qatargas NFPS Project (EPCOL) • As part of the scope, Admitted as Contractor Site Representative (CSR)/ Project Engineer (PE) for Shore Pull / Dredging Package for 3 x Pipelines: 2 x 32"(1x ~98km, 32” CS dry, sour gas export pipeline),(1x ~81km, 32” CS dry, sour gas export pipeline) & 1 x 38"(1x ~103km, 38” CS wet, sour gas export pipeline, PL610L) Trunk-lines installation including Trenching / Dredging activities for both Nearshore & Offshore Operations & Civil works for Onshore Site Preparations for the Shore Pull Winch Spread / Holdback anchor Set Up & Installation. • Admitted CSR VMT (Vessel Management Team) Onboard of MSV for the Scope of Pre-intervention works (Subsea): Installation of Concrete sleepers, Concrete mattress, Steel sleepers, Concrete blocks & GRP Bridges (Glass Re-inforced plastic bridges which had been installed for the first time in Qatari Seas) in QGN & QGS Fields. • As part of the Offshore Project Operations T&I Scope; PE for the Flow lines installation (Non insulated / Thermal insulated)/ AWTI Operations (Above water Tie-in) for Trunk-lines scope / Riser Stalk-On Installation scope through Pipe Laying Vessel. • Involved in Project related matters, Preparation of Project documents & Project HSE related activities: Equipment SOW, Marine Operations Manual, Job Safety Analysis, Heat Stress Related Certificates, Site Mobilization & Demobilization activities, Involved in preparation of Hazard identification Risk Assessments (HIRA), Incident investigations, Vessel inspections, Operation Mock drills, Emergency Evacuation drill trainings, Barge Pipeline load out Calculations / Preparations, Vessel Port lifting & Load out Risk assessments, QatarEnergy accredited CPTW (Consolidated Permit to Work) & ECPW (Electronic Permit to Work) trained, Representative for correspondence & Compliance with QatarEnergy in terms of bureaucratic related matters, Commercial meetings with Subcontractors, Logistics related Puchase Requests for Offshore vessels & Project related requirements, Technical Bid Evaluations etc.
