Proved experience in Mechanical Design and Development With my international experience, I have gained insight into different stages of product development cycle in R&D, Production Engineering, Project Engineering, Tool Engineering and tool tryout and hand over to the production. I have gained insight into different domains of Mechanical Engineering like Wind Energy, Rail Engineering and Automotive sector. I have proved contributions in developing mechanical systems from prototype to serial production. Actively contributed in delivering Engineering services to European organizations since last 7 years. Contributed to Bombardier Transportation and SIEMENS in the area of design and development. Performed tasks independently in constructing the mechanical systems in Wind and Rail Domains with steel and aluminium constructions. Expertise in 3D CAD design and preparation of drawing documentation in the form of production, assembly and layout drawings. Proficient with product document tools like Team Center & SAP and creation of BOMs Contributed as Project Engineer in selection of machines and equipment for development of production line of Cylinder block and Engine assembly for MAN Trucks plant in India. Performed tasks as a Tool Engineer/Methods Engineer in an Automotive Industry for manufacturing development of engine parts.
