About Rohendy Michael

Currently, I am working as a Founding Team in an IT Startup Company as Product Manager and working together with Product Designer, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Support and Operational Division. As a Product Manager, if I want to launch new feature or do a performance analysis of existing feature, I will create the flow (if we dont have it) and make sure the existence of those events to be tracked. Then, I will do Data Gathering with Amplitude and continue with the Data Analysis. Based on the Data Analysis, I will propose some ideas, either do change in Product Side or ask for help from another division (eg. Growth or Marketing Team). In simply words, I at least learn to be a Data Driven Product Manager before making a decision. In terms of coordination, since my Day One in my current company, we were working remotely from our home. And, this condition teaches me to have at least a better communication skill, especially with Engineer and Designer. Also, with the condition of our small-team different location (Indonesia, Pakistan, Singapore, India). I was graduated from Engineering Physics (ITB) and I have interest in Digital Marketing System, Product and Project Management, Instrumentation-Control, and Energy Management. I have an experience in managing IT projects as a project management team and a Project Manager. Outside the IT Project Management, I also have experience in mentoring (or be a buddy) for new Project Executive team-members who newly join the company. Prior to joining BukuWarung, I worked as a Product Manager in an IT Startup Company and focus on the SaaS (Software as a System). This is my very first experience for working in Product Management Scope. As the SaaS Product Manager, I manage the Digital Inventory, Accounting and Financing. Other than that, I also do Product Testing, Product Design, Product Research, Gathering Requirements and Data Analysis.
