With a BE in Electronics and Communication from National Engineering College, I've recently taken on the role of Network Engineer at athenahealth, focusing on resolving network incidents and optimizing security protocols. My core competencies lie in configuring and troubleshooting complex network systems, including Routers, Switches, firewalls and SD-WAN technologies, ensuring high availability and robust security for our infrastructure. At athenahealth, our team has successfully handled a data center migration, and I've played a key role in maintaining firewall activities and managing network incidents. My experience has honed my skills in using diagnostic tools such as Thousand Eyes and Grafana, contributing to the team's efforts to provide stable and secure network environments.
