I’ve always been drawn to problem-solving, data, and efficiency—which is why my career has been shaped by roles that blend analytics, teamwork, and process improvement. Currently, as a Senior Executive at the British Council, I work with data to ensure accuracy, streamline workflows, and support better decision-making. Every day, I get to solve challenges, collaborate with teams, and refine processes that drive results. My expertise in Excel, stakeholder management, and decision-making helps me turn complex data into meaningful insights. Before this, my experience in customer service, sales, and education counseling at Startek, BYJUS, and IAS Academy gave me a deep understanding of client needs, conflict resolution, and workflow optimization. Engaging with people, understanding their challenges, and finding solutions has been a common thread throughout my career. Beyond work, I have a strong passion for languages and communication. I speak English, Hindi, Bengali, and Spanish (B1), which has helped me connect with people from different backgrounds and build meaningful professional relationships.
