I am working as a Software Test Engineer at Amdocs, where I work with US Cellular, one of the leading wireless carriers in the United States. I have a Diploma in Computer Engineering and an ISTQB certification, which demonstrate my technical skills and knowledge in software testing. As a key player in the Apple Phones Launching Testing project, I collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure the quality and functionality of the products and services delivered to the customers. I design, review, and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases, using tools such as ALM, QC, and JIRA. I also communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including the development, business, and customer teams, to analyze and resolve the requirements, issues, and solutions. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my skills in the telecommunications domain.
