I’ve always believed that work should reflect who you are. For me, that means being curious, ambitious, and people-oriented — qualities that have guided me from college days to where I stand today. Back in college, I co-founded ADvantage, a marketing venture that helped local businesses with creative advertising, digital strategies, and brand building. That experience taught me two things: how powerful ideas can be when executed right, and how much impact one can create by understanding people’s needs deeply. Today, as Assistant Manager – Sales at Benchmark Group, I bring the same entrepreneurial spirit into my corporate role. My work revolves around: Sales management & expansion strategies Brand promotion & digital presence building Client relationship management & organizational growth But beyond the job titles, what defines me is my approach — I don’t just chase numbers, I build relationships that last, craft strategies that scale, and create value that’s visible. Every step of my journey so far has been about designing growth — for businesses, for people, and for myself. And I’m just getting started.
