I had been in this role for six months, after being promoted from Assistant Front Office Manager, a position I held for one and a half years. I have over twelve years of experience in the hospitality industry, working with prestigious brands such as Hyatt Hotels, Taj Hotels and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. A go-getter ever since my first day at work, I am passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests, building and leading effective teams, and maximizing the profitability of our hotel.
