The former research analyst is currently employed by STAR INDIA PVT LTD and holds the responsibility of managing FIVE channels, namely UTSAV GOLD UK, STAR GOLD Romance INTL, STAR GOLD INTL, STAR GOLD Romance - North America, STAR GOLD USA. The channels' content is distributed globally. The role encompasses overseeing the channels' management, including developing strategies, planning festivals/events every month to optimize the value of assets, generating ideas for promotional materials, coordinating strategic promotional plays, collaborating with Traffic, Operations, Marketing agencies, and in-house teams, executing ATL/BTL activities, activating country-specific plans, and planning and negotiating the procurement of new content for the channels. As a strategic professional with expertise in scheduling movies and programming, I am committed to driving revenue generation for my organization. My proficiency in research and collaboration with sales teams has allowed me to create and implement effective strategies for both ATL and BTL activities, including ground activations and social media advertising. Managing two teams of producers, I regularly participate in brainstorming sessions to produce creative promos daily. I have also demonstrated my ability to coordinate with multiple teams, including traffic, sponsorship, EPGs, vendors, sales operations, and marketing operations, to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns. Before my current role, I served as a Research Analyst with five years of experience in market research. My work included conducting research on various products and services, leading teams, conducting group discussions, in-depth interviews, and mystery audits. I also possess extensive knowledge in advertising research, including pre and post-concept testing for Ad TV.
