About Rohit Chadar

Hailing from a small town in Madhya Pradesh, Rohit embarked on his educational journey at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Mandla (M.P), where he completed his higher secondary school examination. In 2019, he proudly graduated from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi setting the stage for his subsequent pursuits. One notable highlight was his role as the President of SRCC-Wings of Fire, the driving force behind the successful execution of the SRCC CA Confluence in 2019. This monumental event, graced by eminent Chartered Accountants, including the then ICAI President, showcased his capacity to navigate the complex world of finance and organization. His journey at SRCC expanded beyond this, as he actively participated in various mega-events, notably the renowned SRCC Business Conclave, India's largest undergraduate management fest. These experiences instilled in him a deep passion for public speaking and research, passions that he cultivated during his school days through participation in competitions. Post-college, Rohit got immersed in a dynamic CA-Articleship at Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, a chapter that has provided him with invaluable professional exposure and learning. Securing the "Best Research Paper Presentation" award at the ICAI National Conference held in Chandigarh was a crowning achievement. Rohit has achieved the designation of Chartered Accountant in May 2024. Rohit has completed his tenure as a Management Trainee – Finance at Equitane Group and now serves as the Deputy Manager – Finance at Spiro, one of it's subsidiary. As Winston Churchill profoundly stated,"Success is not final, failure is not fatal; it is the courage to continue that counts."
