About Rohit Chavan

As a Former Culinary trainee at Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, I am gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of kitchen operations specially Banquets. I am also learning from the best professionals in the industry, who are mentoring me and providing me with feedback and guidance. I have a strong passion for baking and food processing, which I developed and honed during my previous role as a senior commis at Starstruck Biz Hospitality, a cloud kitchen company. There, I was responsible for preparing bakery and pastry items, as well as hot kitchen food orders, following high standards of quality and hygiene. I also completed my bachelor's degree in hospitality studies from Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management, where I received training in all four core departments of a hotel. To further enhance my skills and knowledge, I am pursuing an executive MBA in hospitality administration/management from University of North America, starting from September 2023. I am eager to apply what I learn to my current and future roles, and to contribute to the growth and success of the hospitality industry. My goal is to become a well-rounded and versatile Culinary professional, with expertise in baking and food processing.
